I'm looking for a proficient web developer who can fine-tune a business website based on Bootstrap and HTML5. The site is less than 2 MB but it's experiencing slow loading speed, due to outdated content, and recent changes in Core Web Vitals (FCP/LCP/CLS/TBT). I need someone to:

- Clear code, optimize loading and fix any errors.
- Implement responsive images (AVIF/WEBP/JPEG).
- Repair layout issues affecting the website design.
- Ensure good compatibility across different devices (mobile/desktop).

- Must be able to reach 90+ score at Google Page Insights.
