Website Recovery & Bug Fixing -- 3

My website is hosted on Ionos.
My website was live up until 2 days ago and has now gone down.
I suspect there are code bugs that led to this issue. When I type in the website name or the https the site does not load.
Your task is to make it live again AND iron out any bugs so that it does not go down again.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in website development and debugging code
- Experience with server management
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for website issues
The website uses MongoDB, and Nodejs JavaScript, Stripe, PayPal Marketplace API, MEAN Stack, PayPal, Angular version 10.0.11, Stripe, PayPal and Zoom. We had previously used Sendrid, but have just deleted the account.
I will only consider the project complete when the site is live again and remains live for at least 3 days.
