Website REDESIGN AND REBUILD

I am moving my website from www.headTrixTraining.com to www.headTrix.com and I want to hire someone to help me design and create the website over with the same functionality. Making improvement in the design, functionality, etc. Making it modern, clean, easy to use with database connectivity.
We will need our admin panel updated so when I add classes to our database it also adds those classes to our schedule, our registration page, and to our class outlines.
I am looking to hire someone by the hour to help with our website, and then we have continuing part time work.
Looking for 10-20 hours a week
