Website Product Authentication Code Verification

I need the code to add to a Wix website, allowing members to input their unique product code to show they have a verified product.
1. Member scratches off a number on their product.
2. Member scans QR code to go to the website.
3. Member enters code, and the page confirms that the code is authentic.
4. If code does not match, it should say can't confirm code authenticity
We have all the custom codes, which will be different every time. We will need the capability to upload new codes as we add more. Each product will have another code.
Currently, we have 100,000 codes in a notepad.
