Website Payment Automation for Wedding Video and Photography Studio
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Our business is looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to help us automate our website's payment process. We are a wedding video and photography studio and currently use Gravity forms to generate an order/contract. We then manually input the data in Xero to generate an invoice and send it to the customer for bank transfer payment.
Our goal is to offer credit card, after-pay, and zip money payment options to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and integrating the payment gateways into our website, creating the necessary Xero client and invoice, and automating the process.
Additionally, we require the ability to bill the client for a booking fee (usually 50%) and send a reminder for the rest of the invoice amount a few weeks before the wedding. If the client decides to use Afterpay or Zipminey, we will charge 100%.
Requirements:
Strong experience in payment gateway integration and automation
Experience with Gravity Forms and Xero
Familiarity with credit card payment, after-pay, and zip money payment options
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Experience in the wedding video and photography industry is a plus
