Website PHP update and maintenance
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
My small publishing company has a sub-domain that was custom built for us to report book sales and royalties to our authors. The script is made from JQuery, Angular, and PHP. The job:
1 - We want to update our PHP to the latest version, but are stuck on 7.4.28 due to the coding of this site. You will update the site accordingly and allow it to support 8.0.0.
2 - Fix the one user that is stuck in password recovery and create a recovery link for the admin user of the site to reset passwords and recover users.
3 - Currently the URL has https://authors.daowenpublications.ca/public/ in it. I would like to have it showing as the base subdomain - https://authors.daowenpublications.ca instead.
This will be an hourly wage job.
Access:
You will receive access to the client profile on the server. Once you have completed the coding and update to the PHP code, the server will be updated to 8.0.0 for testing.
Since this is an hourly wage job, there is no need to message the poster. In fact, messaging the poster asking to "talk" or saying that you want the job will be considered harassment and your bid for the work will be rejected. If you have a question concerning the work, please post it in the comments section of the job and it will be answered accordingly. Negative postings in the comments area will be deleted and those who posted it will be reported.
