Website PHP and Joomla Version Update.

www.businessinfolink.com is a business directory website which lists businesses. It has Joomla CMS version 3.10.9 installed and PHP version 7.4.29 Installed. Now, the following work is to be done.
1. The Joomla version is to be updated to latest version ( 4.1.5 ) .
2. The PHP version is to be updated to latest version ( 8.1.11 ).
3. Any Component/ Plugin/ module /template etc not compatible with the above changes are also to be updated for ensuring the smooth running of the website.
In particular, the home page search bar, listing form image and document uploading, Paid listing system, and category/ subcategory dropdown menus may malfunction after the updates, based on the previous experiences of updating. If any of these or any other function like internal links malfunction, then the same has to be restored for proper functioning. Those who specialize in Joomla and PHP may only submit bids.
