I have a website built with Avada and it's driving me crazy: it scores between 35-45 for mobiles in PageSpeed Insights. I have Perfmatters, EWWW images with a paid plan (so, WebP images), I tried editing htaccess but nothing's working.
A really good developer, who I trust a lot, just went through the website but couldn't improve its speed.
I need someone to help me fix this website's speed.
My budget is 100 USD, if you bid above my budget please explain why (and I can maybe stretch a little more).
