Website Migration

I have a website (topsartsupplies.com) hosted in Yahoo Small Business. it was implemented with mysql and php. I would like the site migrated to another webserver running NGINX on a Google Cloud machine . The requirement is to move all the content out from Yahoo Small Business to Google Cloud; and then ensure that the website is replicated in the new Google Cloud machine.
Will need the documentation of migration.
