Website Full Migration

I currently have a live website that is experiencing some serious issues. I have another website in a staging environment which is in the process of becoming live within a couple weeks. I am looking for someone to review the current site's functionalities and map users to their respective attributes (listings, order, subscription) so that once the site is switched over, the users who are paying monthly/yearly, remain in tact.
