Website Ecommerce and Payment integration

My Task is Simple and straight forward. Coding Language: PHP,Javascript,MYSQL (advise for more)
I need my eCommerce website to allow registration,login, email sessioned, select products,add to cart, checkout with PAYGATE(Cards) or PAYPAL, after success, send full product info with status of successful (Success/Fail) payments into the mysql database.
NB: All APIS from PAYGATE (Cards) AND PAYPAL ARE AVAILABLE BOTH LIVE AND SANDBOX ENVIRONMENT
