Website Development for already made website

I am looking for someone to take a look at a website that I have made. It was made using a web package from 123 reg but i am unsure if eveythings is up and running as it should be. One problem i have is sometimes the website shows a sote lock as i purchased an SSL certificate, but ither times it says the website is unsecure?? Im hoping i can find someone to help with the DNS records and so on. Someone to take a look at whats been done and tell me what ive done wrong/whats missing. Which im certain is a lot.
