I'm looking for a web developer who can explain to me how a website such as coinsniper.net can be built and help me start something similar. I would like to use azure sql server or postgresql as the database and php or node as the back-end. I'm flexibile on the front end as long as it can have a nice look and feel similar to coinsniper.net.
I like this website because it is simple and easy to use. My understanding is that the website is simply a collection of tables that query the database. A user, once registered, can add new 'coins' to the database which then automatically appear in the tables.
If you understand how a website like this can be replicated please make a proposal.
