Website Developed with Log-In ability and Referral/affiliate Program (3 days to complete)

I need 6 page site created plus sign up and log in pages. The frontend site pages have already been designed.
Developer must have excellent communication and experience with implementing referral/affiliate program.

The site needs the following functions-

-Log-In
-Sign-Up
-Contact Us form
-Affiliate program (software can be free or paid service)
-Calendly
-Ability for users to complete forms in back office

I need site completed within 3 days.
