PLEASE READ COMPLETELY: i need someone who can build me a site that combines two things
phone call tracking line ringba.com and call/leads buying like nextgenleads'
when you login to next gen leads you can add money to your account
then you can choose what types of leads you would like to buy (form leads, phone calls, transfers)
each of those will come with a starting price that wil be based off the vertical (;health insurance - auto insurance - life insurance, etc)
from there people can add the following information
the price they would like to pay per lead - the states they are targeting - the number they want their calls directed to
they have the option to increase the price they pay per call or decrease but a minimum will be added by admin
ringba - allows for people to track their calls live calls (people who are currently on the phone) and past calls being able to view how long people were on the call and hear the recording of those calls
on the back end of the website publishers will be able to send in live calls and leads to our site which are then sold to buyers using ping tree (do your research) publishers and buyers will never have any access to one another and my site will take a percentage of any calls sold as well as fees that we can add - we will have the ability to delete and pause any buyers or publishers
payments to publishers will be issued on a weekly base (but can be moved up) all funds will be added into a wallet for the company and distributed (outside of the current website) for payouts we will also have the ability to add credits to any buyers site as they calls/leads are delivered they will see their balance lower based on the amount of leads/calls sent to buyer for instance if they load $100 and each call they buy is $20 every time a call is sent $20 will be subtracted
