I need someone to identify the bugs and provide an estimate of the time and budget required to build a course website.
The requirements for this website are simple:
Users should be able to sign up for course access.
Courses should include both free and paid materials.
Users should have membership levels for course access.
Users should have profiles to view their information, including payments, expiration dates, password changes, email updates, and forum access.
Admin Panel Features:
Manage users (enable/disable, change permissions, send messages/emails, create free users, restrict users, reset passwords).
Create and upload course content.
Manage membership levels and discount codes.
Update policies and everything which is needed for website
The website should support multiple service selections, allowing users to add, remove, and pay for selected services.
Additional features will be incorporated as discussed before finalizing the contract
