Website Based Word Game

Looking for a freelancer that has experience in building web based word games, as it is in English, a good competency at fluency in English or a native speaker will be required.

-Will require getting a list of words from database e.g. dictionary
-Fairly simple game but slightly more complex than other word games e.g. World
-Freelancer should be happy to take creative control of the design as only a suggested basic layout is done
-NDA and IP contract required
-Full specification available for the interested party once the NDA and IP signed
