Webshop price scraper and GUI Program

i am looking for a coder to create a price scraper for me, that scan a site and automatic change price on my wordpress/woocommerce webshop "life time" when other shop change price.

it also need a GUI program.

i already have one out dated that was connected to my site, i have some of the files not all.

so basically it scan remote site and show me:
Products
variations
Description
Price
Sku
then i can match it manually with my webshop as you see on the pictures i uploaded

i don't want automatic bidders so if you readed my project please reply with "readed"
