Webpage for payments in advance

I am looking for someone to develop a payment page for my business that will allow customers to pay in advance. The page must be mobile responsive, as many customers access this payment page from phones and tablets. To ensure a secure transaction, I require a level of security that meets the standard of security protocols. The payment method I prefer is a credit card. However, I am open to other payment methods, such as PayPal and bank transfers, so any combined or alternative payment options would be welcomed.
The website should offer different options for buyers to select and purchase. Then, an email or text will be sent as a confirmation of purchase.
Also, I want to be able to accomodate several sellers, and they can all access and change their products or packages and prices.
