Webkul Multivendor Marketplace with shopify

Hello I am working on Shopify webkul multivendor market place to make handmade online platform like etsy.
But I am struggling to set up some features.
1.Shipping fee
I want the vendors can set up their own amount by area or postal code.
And eventually global shipping from Japan
2.Etsy API integration
I want the vendor to be able to connect their own etsy store to my store.

3.Payment to the vendor
Want the vendor to fill the bank info (①Routing Number②Account Number③Name on the bank account) but currently only 1 box so I want to create separate boxes for each field.
4.Product photo
I tried to set up the ratio(1:1) of the product photos but the seller can still upload the different ratio if its still smaller size than the setting.
Do you think you will be able to help to fix these? If so I would like to know the costs.
