Webinterface to execute SSH scripts on an remote computer and Editor

A small web interface with 2FA password entry. In this web interface I must be able to predefine commands, e.g.
Start script X when clicking on button Y on server XX
The scripts are specified as a path and are located on the respective server, so it is only a matter of starting the scripts. (Some of the scripts take 15-30 minutes).
The SSH login data must be stored on the server for the commands, e.g.

Server 1
- Commands 1
- Command 2
...

Server 2
-command 1
-command 2
....

and so on.

It is important that I can determine which user has access to which commands.

It would also be good if there was a text editor so that configen can be adapted directly via the web interface.

User administration:
1 admin access, who can create users and determine which commands can be executed on which servers.

The language of the web interface does not matter, but it should be secure and able to establish a good connection to the servers.
