Webhooks plus integration to database

I am looking for a developer who can help me with webhooks integration to my existing PCrecruiter database. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:
Our goal is to capture replies on Linkedin and process it to our database Pcrecruiter.
We use Linkedelf for automating Linkedin and they provide webhook integration.
Similarly our database PCrecruiter too has API but I don't know how to integrate it.
I want your help on this.
