Webform to update DEAR SYSTEMS Product, Bill of Materials and CRM Quote by REST API

I would like to develop the following:
A. webform:
A1. setting:
- user log in / user list (from DEAR users table)
-setting panels with inputs for users / DEAR a/c API key
-mark up table matrix for DEAR product templates / customer type (% mark up)
A2. Configurable products form:
A2.1 Drop down list of opportunities from DEAR SYSTEMS CRM via API GET call
A2.2 Select opportunity to access the configurable products table
A3 Configurable products table form:
- several product parameter drop down lists / input fields
- edit/delete entered lines if required
-enter new configurable product on a new line on the table
-submit button to run below API Calls
B. API Calls from webform to DEAR Systems
B1. Post call to DEAR Products
- create the configurable product(s) + parameters to DEAR Products based on existing product template
B2. Post call to DEAR Product BOM
- create the configurable product BOM routing/component entries based on existing product BOM template
- update nested BOM entries based on existing product BOM template
- update product sell price based on BOM total cost x mark up % from % mark up % table matrix
B3. Post call to DEAR CRM Quote
- add configured product lines to the Opportunity ID selected
