Webform to post deliveries
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a web form that will allow the user to enter the name of a business or type the address and Google Maps will auto fill the rest of the address details. Then enter the delivery address using the same Google Maps API to auto fill the address. Select a pickup date and time, drop of date and time deadline, select from a category, and enter some comments.
The data in the form should be submitted to a mysql database.
This form will also post to a json API endpoint - https://docs.vromo.io - and ideally display a confirmation to the user that the delivery request was submitted successfully.
