Webform Data to Pre-determined Fillable PDF
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I have an short term rental form that my HOA requires guests to fill out. I would like to direct the guests to that webform and have so, have them fill out data needed. That page would also need to be able to provide some instructions and other information.
Once the data is submitted, that would be transformed and inserted into a predetermined PDF so I do not have to fill out that data.
There are also two fields on the form that would need to be auto-calculated. That form would then be sent to an email address of my choosing.
I currently do not have a website setup, but that (I assume) would be the best way to host this form. Whoever I hire, we would collaborate to ensure the correct hosting would make sense.
From my side, I am a tech person and have ran both web dev and software development projects, so am familiar and can setup things where needed for this project.
