First version Webapp, for a networking site to share info and compete to become recognized by peers and recruiters . Login login page and sign up for creating an account using google account or just create one with email and password
To create an account you need to give certain details and to get accepted to network you need to invite 3 colleagues/peers who confirm your account. Based on the data users give, 3 top lists of 3 different segments that will be shown on the front page. If you want to see more data you need to login or create account.
When creating account you will need to give Full name / link to you LinkedIn or Bing profile, chose role of a predefined list, give details of your lates deal, country, ect
When login in you will see stats of for example avaregae deal size, average sales cycle of deals in each business segment top 5 performers, you will also see your own position and stats. As a user you will have an add new deal functionality. When adding new deal you need confirmation from 2 pers who will need to have an account in the network. Once the deal is confirmed it will add up to the use stats for your account an recalculate you position.
The app needs to have admin capability to remove accounts/users if its and she stast of the members in the network. looking for amount of members, current averages across the members from the details they give when they sign up.
Monetization, free in the beginning. Later needs to have the ability to buy a monthly membership or pay as you go
