DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced AR developer to build and integrate a WebAR skin try-on filter for a retail ecommerce site. The experience should be similar to the attached Banuba’s skin analysis filter and should drive shopper engagement through virtual try-on + product recommendations.
AR FILTER DEVELOPMENT
Build a WebAR skin try-on filter, using Snap Chat SDK or similar. Must support real-time face tracking, skin effect overlays, and image upload fallback.
USER EXPERIENCE FLOW
The shopper will:
1. Take a selfie or upload a photo
2. Complete a skin quiz (we provide the quiz and design)
3. Receive product recommendations (50–100 SKUs mapped by us)
4. Can toggle to see before/after of how the product will look on their skin
5. Add products to cart (via redirect or API)
RETAILER SITE INTEGRATION
- You will embed and integrate the skin filter filter into the retailer’s landing page.
We will provide:
- All design assets (Photoshop/AI files)
- Mapped product feed (Excel)
- Quiz - Word document
Core Requirements
- Visually engaging and responsive across mobile and desktop
- High end and super aesthetic similar to the Banuba plug in
- Fast-loading and seamless user experience
- Must work across Safari, Chrome, Edge (iOS + Android)
