Web version of Radio App Already existing in Code Igniter & Flutter

Please I want to create a web version of my already existing online radio app thats has android and ios already built with CI backend and flutter .the web version should have page needed for adsense approval like privacy,cookies page etc ,advertistment would be stored from the CI backend and it reads and display ads as well as the channels loaded in the system via group,country etc sample url internetradiouk.com i need something simple as simple to navigation as well but also mobile responsive i would upload the source code of ci backend to whom i award this project
