Web platform similar to Hootsuite

A platform is needed to manage social networks similar to Hootsuite using the Visual Studio Code text editor, Laravel 8 Framework, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap 4.6, CSS, PHP, database (preferred), the APIs that will be consumed in the project it will be using the JavaScript programming language and making use of AJAX, Promise or some of the various methods that JavaScript has.

Note: I want functionality. The web interface does not necessarily have to be laborious
