Web optimization

My web hosting is blueHost and I have an eCommerce website that it is down and the bluehost did the possible but they want me to optimize the website from my end, so I am looking for someone to optimize my website for web performance. Specifically, I would like help with improving the loading speed of my website. I don't have a preference in terms of the tools or methods used to measure performance, but would like it to take no more than 2-3 seconds to load. Therefore, I don’t have a specific target loading speed in mind. If you're an experienced web developer with knowledge of website optimization and performance strategies, I believe you’d be a great fit for this project.
