Web development for Job posting site ( End- to End Development & Delivery)

Hi,
I'm looking to build a Job Posting site. Looking for a long-term association for maintenance of the application.
Frontend UI will be a full theme based on Angular which I'll purchase from ThemeForest. Modification in the theme is required.
Database: MySQL
Language: PHP ( Open for any framework- Need suggestions)
Hosting: AWS

Following are the pages required for end-to-end development & delivery.
- Home page (Theme based with minor adjustment)
- Login
- Register ( Register to Post Job | Register to Apply for Job)

Dashboard 1 ( for Job Poster)(Note: UI will be theme-based)
- Ability to view Job Posted
- Ability to view Active job
- Ability to view candidates applied to job
- Ability to shortlist/reject/schedule interview/ Hire
------Ability to Post new Job ( 5-6 field)

Dashboard 2 ( for Job Seeker)
- Ability to view jobs based on skill
- Ability to filter based on location, experience etc.
- Ability to apply for job
- View the Applied job and application status
- Notification on application status change.
- Create profile

Super Admin ( Theme based)
- Ability to view All job Post with details
- Ability to view seeker's details.
- Ability to approve/ reject a user's profile

This is a high-level requirement. I'll give the completed details after awarding the project.
Consider this as a 75-80% of requirement.
