The application is to be web based, written in PHP with MySQL database.

It is intended to keep track of electronic components in a workshop.

Features should include:

* Ability to add, remove or edit categories (with global change for all components in same category)

Sub Fields should include:

* Working Voltage
* Tolerance
* Power Rating
* Footprint
* Min Temperature
* Max Temperature
