Web based designed catalog app for smartphone and tablet view

Hi freelancers, i need a web app that can be seen in a smartphone or in a tablet without get distorted that has the following features
What it is? Is a Special Catalog APP
*In a store there will be an X number of showcases with a Y number of products.
*In that same store, at each table there will be a tablet or smartphone available for the customer to consult the catalog.
*Each table will have its own URL (www.catalogapp.com/table1 for example)
*When a new table is created, a new URL is created following the example above.
*Each url must have access to the products that are on your table and separately, probably through a button or a slide, have access to a general catalog where all the products are found.
*When I select a product I can see its price, technical characteristics, its image, and I can choose to compare it with another product that is in the same category.
*A product has a category, table, price, offer price, image, technical characteristics.
*If the chosen product is a smartwatch, for example, I must be able to compare it with other smartwatches that are entered in the general catalog even if they are not on the same table.
*I must have access to a panel to change prices, add or remove products from a table or from the entire catalog, or change the image of the product.
*The app must be saved on the cell phone or tablet in the first consultation and then reconsult for price changes once every 20 minutes so as not to overload the server with consultations every time a user uses a tablet.
*It must be possible to place up to 3 prices per product but leaving them empty does not show the empty fields for the customer
*Additionally, it is required that the list of products be downloadable in excel and if the excel is modified and is raised again, all the prices change where changes are detected to make massive price changes
*I currently have an application that runs videos and when the screen is touched it accesses a url, the idea is that the person who takes this project builds these urls to assign
*It must be scalable, so if in the future I manage to open a second store, I can say table 1,2,3,4 are from store 1, and table 5,6,7,8 will be from table 2 to that when making massive price changes affect only one store, only some stores or all stores.
*Each URL will allow the option of choosing a "promoted product" to be the one that is shown first when accessing said URL and that allows from there to go to the catalog of the same table, and then from this to the general catalog
*So in table 1, product "N" of the 8 products shown is the first one seen when the customer looks at the tablet.
*There must be a minimum level of editability in the way the customer sees it with respect to being able to put a logo and choose at least a basic range of colors to present the product and the information boxes.
*I must have a dashboard that shows me in a given period of time how many times customers consulted each product and which table accumulated the most inquiries
