Web-based Template Doc Filler

This is a program that requires an online database system where legal document templates are uploaded and that can be chosen and filled with uploaded lists of variable. Completed documents must be available for download. The templates will be arranged based on categories and completed documents will be stored within individual case files. Final setup will be installed on private server with access provided by our system admin who will assist with installing necessary components to facilitate the program operation. User to have web-based login and front-end access via multiple webpages on our url. See attached example spreadsheet where each tab represents a mock-up of each page necessary to complete the project.
