Web-based 3dm to GLB Converter

I need a web-based tool that converts 3dm files to GLB format. Should be possible in one page html file. Will load it using laravel browser shot to convert 3dm to glb files but all I need from you is working code to convert 3dm to glb. I have some code that does it and gives a glb file but when I run optimization tool on glb file then it breaks the design. 3dviewer.net is open source their website if I drop in a 3dm and export to glb then run optimization tool it works perfect so maybe download their code since it’s open source and make me a 3dm to glb based on their code
