I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a web-based employee management system for my outsourcing company. The system will track employee placement, manage employee details, and handle notifications and announcements. Features Required:

- Add, edit, and delete employee profiles (including name, email, contact information, photo, and login details).

2. Client Management:
- Manage client details, including company name, contact info, email, and password.
- View employees assigned to specific clients.
3. Job Positions and Departments:
- Manage a list of job positions (e.g., security provider, cleaner, driver, etc.).

4. Notifications and Announcements:
- Admin should be able to send notifications or announcements to employees or specific clients.
- Notifications need to track if they have been read by the recipient.
