Web based ERP System for small manufacture

Everyday each of my 9 workers write down the steps they've done and the amount of finished products.
The office assistant copies this in a Excel table for a daily report.
The goal is to optimize this work.
Each employee should be able to Login. --> Choose model ---> Choose steps
Then if needed to go back and Select another model and repeat the process for the another model.
The employee should be able to Edit the report until they click CONFIRM.
The reports from all employees to be exported in an Excel Table
