I'm a small business owner seeking a custom data entry software that can streamline the data entry process. The software will be web-based and must have the following features:
- Clickable numbers with hyperlinks: These numbers will be used to pull up tracking numbers. When clicking on them, the software should open a new browser tab to the relevant tracking information.
- Customer profiles & notes: The software should allow us to create and manage customer profiles. We also need to attach notes to these profiles for easy reference in the future.
- Import existing Excel data: There is already a significant amount of customer data stored in Excel format. The software should allow us to import this data seamlessly.
The ideal candidate for this project is someone with a clear understanding of intuitive UI design, as we expect the software to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Experience in data import capabilities is also a must, as we need the existing Excel data to be incorporated without any loss or corruption of information.
