Web application like angies list

Please let us know if anyone has ready to use web app or script that can work like angiles list, it has to have all the functions like angies list, demo setup would be preferable, need to have functions like member type registrations, payment gateways like authorize.net, notifications should be sent at different events to admin and users like registration of members, buy services, accept or reject services, rate and reviews upon services bought and completed, registered providers can showcase their services, a calendar for each members so that buyer can see if a provider is available or booked, and many more, one who knows angies list would know much more then what is described here, thats why require solution like angies list.
