Web application for Chess students with custom quizzes and personal progress

I am looking for a web application developer to create a platform for chess students similar to chess.com. The application should have the following features:

- Custom quizzes: The ability for admin to create custom quizzes to test the users knowledge and improve their skills.
- Personal progress tracking: A system that tracks and displays the user's progress, including their quiz scores, areas of improvement, and overall performance.

Ideal skills and experience:

- Web development: Proficiency in web development technologies and specially Laravel framework for the backend. The frontend is optional between Vue.js or Livewire.
- Database management: Experience in managing and querying databases to store and retrieve user data.
- User experience design: Ability to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for chess students of beginner level.
- Knowledge of chess: Familiarity with the game of chess and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by chess students at the beginner level.
