Web app for Sober living house management

I am looking for a web app to manage a sober living house.
We have multiple sober living houses in the USA. We need a web-app to manage these sober living houses.
At the moment, we are using One Step Software’s App to manage these Sober living houses. Below the app links:

However, now we want our own custom web app/ software with 2 additional features:
1. Sending reminders to the Users for the payment
2. Track the users for the recovery programs
I need a booking system and payment integration, as well as custom reporting capabilities. The booking system would need to facilitate the registration of residents, the management of their admissions and discharges, and the assignment of beds. I would need a secure payment gateway to process payments and other transactions related to the residence. Lastly, I require comprehensive reports that allow me to analyze various elements including occupancy statistics and expenses. Ultimately, I am seeking a reliable web app with powerful features and functionality to support the management of this sober living house.
