Web app developer for building simple interview case management tool
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Looking for web app developer to build a simple interview workflow tool, that can do the following:
1. Ability to add candidates that have been shortlisted for interviews
2. Ability to assign multiple interviewers against those candidates
3. Ability to assign a job role to a candidate, based on a predefined list
4. Ability to have a predefined library of case study & interview questions against each job role
5. Ability for interviewers to see the candidates they have been assigned, and begin taking interview notes against a candidate
6. Ability for interviewers to see the case study & interview questions relevant to that candidate's job role so that they can take notes against each question
7. Ability for administrator to see all interviewers' notes for the same candidate on a single screen after submission so that decisions can be made quicker
I am technology agnostic, for example I am open for this being a Sharepoint site or a Javascript web app (as long as it is also responsive to being used on a tablet).
A quick turnaround time and ability to grasp the ask fast & test it out (e.g. via a simple wireframe or conceptual data model showing entity relationships) is useful.
