Web admin panel and REST APIs using PHP codeigniter/Laravel

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer who can create a web admin panel using Codeigniter framework. The admin panel needs to have advanced features such as user roles and permissions. While I have some ideas for the design and layout, I am open to suggestions from the developer.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of PHP codeigniter framework and web development
- App REST APIs with authentication, JWT tokens etc.
- Experience with creating custom admin panels with advanced features
- Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of database management and CRUD functionality
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with the client to ensure their needs are met.
*Jaipur based developer preferred who can come to office for regular meetings or work from our office.
