Web Scrapping - Status Check -- 2

Looking for a web scrapping tool which is scheduled to check status of the document based on a list of reference numbers stored in an excel file, at regular intervals. Information that is submitted on a the form, makes us of a captcha that has to be recognised through OCR and then scrap the information available after the details are entered.
