Web Platform for Posting and Bidding on Local Jobs

I am looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to build a platform for posting and bidding on local jobs. The platform will be similar to popular job bidding websites, but will be focused on physical tasks and services within a specified local community.
The website will allow users to post jobs they need done, such as haircuts, car repairs, plumbing, moving and more. Users with specific skills can then bid on these jobs, and the job poster can choose the best bid for their needs. The platform will initially operate with direct payment between the two parties, but may incorporate a payment gateway in the future.
The website will need the following features:
User registration and login
Job posting and bidding system
Ability to search for jobs by category, location, and keyword
Notification system for new job postings and bids
Direct messaging between users
Comment section for job posts
Ability for job posters to remain anonymous until they accept a bid
Moderation and content control for inappropriate or spammy posts
We are open to using Wix or a similar platform for development. The website should be fully functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
