Web and Mobile Based Casino

We are looking for a solid team that can build an online casino in a desktop and mobile app version. The casino should allow for the creation of individual casino games to be added by other developers if needed in the future.
The final solution should have the following:
A lobby area for users to hang out and chat with each other. Complete with ability add friendships to their permanent list.
Super Admin Feature that will allow for the removal, suspension and casino chip management of users.
You should create the following games for the casino as a starter:
Poker (3-Card, Texas Hold’em, 5 card draw)
Baccarat
Slots
Craps
Roulette
Blackjack
