Web Interface for File Management

I need a web front-end that can handle file uploads and manage them in a table. An essential requirement is to store the uploaded text files in an SQLite database.
Key Features:
- File Upload Capability: Users should be able to upload text files. The system should check for valid file types and sizes.
- File Management Table: The web interface should display a table listing all the uploaded files. This table should include information such as the file name, upload date, and possibly other metadata. The user should be able to sort this table.
- Flask can be an option
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience: I would like freelancers to have a strong background in web development, particularly with file handling and database management.
- Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
- Database Management: Experience with SQLite or similar database management systems.
- Attention to detail: It's critical that the interface is simple and user-friendly.

- I will use python algorithm to analyze the text file. It is not part of this project, the analysis of the text. Just the frontend and table management of the files uploaded.
