Web Development

I am looking for developers in the DFW area. I need just one right now. I have a project that was started a year ago and the developers have not completed it and I have lost all hope. So looking for someone who knows AWS (not sold on AWS) open to others. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone local in the Dallas area. I have videos I can share, etc, and have the visuals completed and most of the coding. The code was done in Laravel.
