Web Developers for a Gaming startup

We are a startup gaming company which aims to provide a platform for Indian gamers to help them develop & hone their skills thorough daily competitions, SCRIMs, coaching etc. We have hosted 2 medium scale tournament in the past month and have a player base of above 500. Currently we register players for a tournament through google forms and then we have to do everything manually, like drawing fixtures announcements, advertisement etc. So, what we want is a website which do most of these things and also to retain the players who play in our tournaments. We want an online platform to build our community and lessen our burden by automating things we've been doing manually so that we generate an income stream by hosting more and more tournaments. Because right now, its not possible for us to host multiple tournaments simultaneously. Since its a self-funded startup, we'll appreciate if we can hire some volunteers as we are quite low on budget as the tournaments till now were all free entry tournaments with a significant prize pool.
