I am looking for a web developer to create a portfolio/personal website with a specific design. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and developing personal websites.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design to ensure the website looks great on all devices
- Ability to implement the specific design provided by the client

Specific Functionalities/Features:
- Photo Gallery: The website should have a photo gallery to showcase my work
